Renee Zhan is a sophmore at Seven Lakes High School.  She is a dedicated member of both art and orchestra and enjoys watching Johnny Depp movies in her spare time. Her adorable dog, Muffin, is her inspiration.

She has participated in  numerous art competitions and earned awards in the Vase Scholastic Competition. In 2009 she earned first place in the district and Best Of Show and Grand Champion  at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Art Show. 

Renee is most accustomed to a realistic, color pencil style, so painting the two art violins was definitely a new experience for her.
